Deposit Agreement

Please read the following Terms & Conditions thoroughly before confirming your booking!

DEPOSITS ARE COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE & ALL TATTOOING IS CASH ONLY!

Please know exactly what you are after before making an appointment as I only take on work in my desired styles. Changing your idea after booking may result in loss of your deposit or an additional redrawing fee.

Deposit values increase by the size of your appointment, e.g from a minimum of $50 for 1-2 hours, $100 for 2-4 hours, $150 for 4-6 hours & $200 for 6-8 hours.

Appointments may be re-scheduled with at least 48 hour’s notice prior to your booking, however re-scheduling your appointment more than 3 times, last-minute cancellations, & all no-shows will result in loss of your deposit.

The hourly rate is $180ph for all larger sessions over 3 hours. This is a fixed price and non-negotiable.

All smaller sessions under 3 hours are quoted by the size, detail & location on the body, etc. The minimum charge for any tattoo regardless of time & size is between $100-$180. This price covers supplies, drawing/set up time, the booking process, the tattoo itself & the many previous years of experience.

Please keep in mind that you are paying for my time. This means constant breaks will result in an increased price. Please know your limits when making an appointment, for the hours you book will be the hours you pay for regardless of if you sit through them or not.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year.

Deposits are valid for 6 months from the original date of booking.

Any touch-ups must be done within 3 months – after this, a minimum charge will occur.

Please be open-minded with the design & allow for artistic freedom. This will leave you with a much better end result & a smoother process.

Negative behaviour, including any derogatory comments, will NOT be tolerated. Please keep all conversations respectful.

You must be at least 18 years of age with proof of ID on the day.

You must NOT be pregnant or breast feeding.

You must NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You must NOT be a member of a known criminal organisation.

You must NOT have Hepatitis, AIDS or any other incurable blood-borne diseases.

I will not risk my reputation or transmission of disease for anyone.

By payment of the requested deposit you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions stated above.

All tattooing, bookings & consultations are strictly by appointment only.
